About

Designing with purpose, since day one

We help clients unlock the full potential of their property — from residential extensions to new development sites — guided by clear communication from first consultation through to handover.

Our Story

A practice built on care and craft

Our team manages every step of the journey, handling feasibility studies, planning applications, technical design and on-site delivery — so nothing falls through the cracks between drawing and build.

Our goal is simple: to create thoughtfully designed homes that genuinely reflect how our clients want to live, with the same care given to a small renovation as to a major development.

How We Work

Our Approach

01

Listen First

Every brief starts with understanding the site and how our clients want to live.

02

Design With Intent

Every decision, from massing to material, is made for a reason.

03

See It Through

We stay involved on site to protect the integrity of the design.

The People

Meet the Team

Gabriel Hart

Founding Director

Gabriel leads every project from first sketch through to handover, pairing a background in architecture and sustainable design with a postgraduate qualification in construction project management. That mix of design sensibility and technical grounding keeps ambitious ideas buildable from day one.

He stays closely involved throughout, translating a brief into a home that feels considered in every detail, then seeing it through on site.

Outside the studio, Gabriel is usually out on a long run, restoring an old canal boat, or being walked around the park by his terrier, Bramble.

Charlotte Reed

Senior Architectural Technologist

Charlotte is the technical backbone of the studio, turning approved designs into precise, buildable drawings. With degrees in architectural engineering and building technology, she has a sharp eye for construction detail and building performance.

Clients typically meet Charlotte once a project moves into technical design and planning, where she coordinates with contractors and consultants to keep every detail on track.

Away from her desk, she can usually be found sea swimming year-round or restoring furniture rescued from skips.

Edward Marsh

Project Architect

Edward oversees day-to-day design on live projects, working directly with clients through concept and planning to keep things moving without losing sight of the original brief.

He trained in architecture before spending several years in residential contracting, giving him a practical read on what's achievable on site as well as on paper.

Outside of work, Edward is a keen sailor and spends most weekends on the water whenever the tide allows.
